Hubei camel storage battery factory carried out an upgrade project of led high bay lights in 2020 to improve the workshop lighting effect and reduce energy consumption. The project choose HB-JL16 series led high bay lights designed by our company as the replacement solution.

Hubei camel storage battery factory carried out an upgrade project of led high bay lights in 2020 to improve the lighting effect and reduce energy consumption. The project choose HB-JL16 series led high bay lights designed by our company as the replacement solution.
In this upgrade, the factory replaced a total of 300 units of HB-JL16 series led high bay each with a power of 100 watts. These led lamps have a long life of 50,000 hours and a very low failure rate, which significantly reduces maintenance costs. the installation of led industrial and mining lamps not only improves the lighting quality of the factory, but also reduces energy consumption by more than 60%. This energy-saving initiative is not only in line with environmental requirements, but will also bring considerable energy-saving costs for the factory.
Up to now, the led high bay light have been running stably in hubei camel storage battery factory without any major failures or performance problems. This upgrade project not only improves the energy efficiency of the factory, but also improves the working conditions of the employees.

Step 2: Secure the ring or bracket to the HF light using the screws provided.
Step 3: Before tightening the screws, adjust the HF light to direct the light in the desired direction. (Bracket mounting)
Step 4: Ensure that the cables are correctly connected. Brown - Fire, Blue - Zero, Yellow/Green - Ground.
Step 5: Switch the voltage and check that the HF light is working properly. Recommended torque: 12Nm ± 1Nm (bracket mounting)
