The US workshop lighting project was completed in 2017, the plant is mainly made of stainless steel tanks and the high bay lights need to work around the clock. Previously, the workshop was using 500w sodium lighting. The electricity cost was high and needed to be replaced frequently.
After communicating with the customer, we learned that the warehouse actually only needs high brightness when shipping. And usually only need to maintain a general brightness to ensure monitoring. Through lighting simulation design, we recommended HB-JL15 series high bay led lights with dimming power supply and micro sensors. When someone passes through the warehouse, the sensor senses a moving object and the light is dimmed to 100% brightness. When the person leaves, the light will change to 50% brightness. 200w industrial lighting replaces the original 500w lighting, saving a lot of money on electricity. The use of motion sensors has resulted in actual savings of up to 80%. The customer is very satisfied with the result. Warehouses, workshops and other places can refer to this case.
What is an led high bay ?
High bay fixtures are used to illuminate environments with high ceilings. These ceilings are between 20 and 45 feet high, so their light source is powerful enough to illuminate large areas.

Step 2: Secure the ring or bracket to the HF light using the screws provided.
Step 3: Before tightening the screws, adjust the HF light to direct the light in the desired direction. (Bracket mounting)
Step 4: Ensure that the cables are correctly connected. Brown - Fire, Blue - Zero, Yellow/Green - Ground.
Step 5: Switch the voltage and check that the HF light is working properly. Recommended torque: 12Nm ± 1Nm (bracket mounting)
