1. How to choose led street light

Brightness Requirement: Determine required brightness levels for lighting needs. Power and Efficiency: Choose efficient LED street lights to save energy. Color Temperature and CRI: Select suitable color temperature and high CRI LED lights. Lifespan and Reliability: Opt for LED lights with good quality and long lifespan. Light Control and Smart Control: Consider if light and smart control features are necessary. Environmental Friendliness and Cost-effectiveness: Choose LED lights meeting environmental standards and offering cost-effectiveness.

2. What is the operating voltage of LED street lights?

Generally, most street lights operate at high voltage, but the working voltage varies in different countries or regions. For instance, in the US market, street lights typically operate at 110-120VAC 50/60Hz, whereas in European or African markets, the standard voltage is 220-240VAC 50/60Hz. Additionally, for special applications, street lights may only use low voltage such as DC12V, DC24V, or DC48V. ZGSM street lights come with a wide voltage input range, from 90-305V, with high voltages like 347V or 480V, and low voltages like 12V or 24V also being available.

3. What is the replacement ratio of LED street lights to traditional street lights?

30W is equivalent to a 75W Metal Halide (MH) Street Light or a 75W High-Pressure Sodium (HPS) Street Light. 60W is equivalent to a 150W MH Street Light or a 150W HPS Street Light. 100W is equivalent to a 250W MH Street Light or a 250W HPS Street Light. 150W is equivalent to a 400W MH Street Light or a 400W HPS Street Light.

4. How many watts do LED street lights typically have?

High-Pressure Sodium Lamp: Available in 70W, 100W, 125W, 150W, 250W, and 400W. Metal Halide Light: Offers 70W, 100W, 125W, 150W, 250W, and 400W options. LED Street Light: Ranges from 20W to 300W, including choices like 20W, 30W, 40W, 50W, 60W, 80W, 100W, 120W, 150W, 180W, 200W, 250W, and 300W.

5. What is the spacing between LED street lights?

The distance between two street lights is typically three to four times the height of the light pole. For instance, if the light pole is 12 meters high, the spacing between two street lights should be between 36 and 48 meters.
